Detailed Personalised Training Plans
As part of the 'Personalised package', you will get a fully detailed training plan built specifically around your race goals and development areas to allow you to perform at your best. We will use all of your athlete information to create a plan that suits your current fitness levels, the amount of time to train and your particular needs. We will also ensure you are progressing well and track your progression and fitness to maximise the gains you are making on the way.
You will get full access to our coaches through the Facebook group and through email, along with an initial goal setting and planning meeting to discuss your plans in more detail and for us to get a better picture of what you need. You will then receive monthly dedicated progress calls to discuss your progress and any development areas directly with your coach.
Personalised members get access to our IOS and Android
training app too, download the Training Tilt App from your app store
and use the same login details as you do for our website to get
access to videos, articles, recipes and your training plan, all from
your mobile. For those who want a little more detail, we can even include a Training Peaks account FREE. With our Training Peaks level 2 and Ironman U Coach (Coach Chris), you will be able to monitor, track and develop your fitness in more detail and more confidence to get you ready for race day.
